When registering information mandated by Securities Acts, the Accounting Act, or reporting obligations to tax and regulatory bodies, auditors, and inspectors, the legal basis is Section 6(1) of the Data Protection Act and Article 6(1)(c) of the Data Protection Regulation, as it's necessary to fulfill a legal obligation.
